Outside my window

Coconut palms gently sway

Little Squirrels scamper, hard at play

Crows caw loud and clear

Birdsong brings much cheer. 

 

Flecks of gold on pretty dancing leaves

As sunlight peeps through the trees

Cotton clouds decorate the blue sky.  

 

Oh! What a wonderful view

To wake up to

I’m happy

And I hope, so are you.
